Union Discrimination
This is a classic case of needing to treat union and nonunion workers better. We need to give them more rights and more accommodations to these workers. The “right to work” means the right of an individual to work without being authorized to join a union or pay union dues. To put it this way, it means that companies cannot sign contracts with unions agreeing to only hire workers who are willing to join the union or at least pay equivalent of union dues, which they shouldn't have to do. Contracts should be for everyone. This is really discrimination at its best. That's like hiring me because I'm on minority and a female. Paul Robertson is not a member of a persecuted minority, but he has experienced blatant discrimination all the same because he has chosen not to join a union. He doesn't have to join a union if he doesn't want to. You can't hire somebody because they're in the Union if you can do the job and you're qualified. Paul Robertson is a hard-working and skilled licensed electrician with more than 20 years experience. He had to find out the hard way how a big company and a big Union currently on the job. He was hired by the next row power Corporation to work in Bridger power plant project in The Rock Springs, Wyoming, area. I am siding with Mr. Robertson here, I make videos on YouTube to get fired on YouTube. Mr. Robertson sue for all the companies work because this is not fair to anybody who wants a job.
